Where are we located?
Alela is based on Long Island, New York, and offers online party design services wherever you’re celebrating. In-person setup through our Premier service is available only in Nassau and Suffolk counties, subject to availability.
Will someone set up my gathering?
Our Curated design service gives you a plan to bring to life yourself. Our Premier service includes party setup.
Who buys the goods, and what about returns?
Curated and Premier include ordering your selected items and delivery directly to your home or venue. Ensemble lets you use selected pieces from Alela’s own collection, with delivery and collection afterward. Check the retailer’s current delivery and return terms before buying; goods costs are separate from the design fee.
When do I receive the client terms?
The scope, timing, payment and cancellation arrangements for paid work are agreed separately before you commit. The Website Terms cover use of this website.
Do I need to pay to send a request?
Definitely not. Tell us about your gathering and the service you’re interested in. We will review your request and reply with next steps.
Can I share photos and details of the location?
Yes. Add up to six photos with short captions and any venue details you know. Wide views from different corners, furniture, access and restrictions are especially helpful. You can leave undecided details blank. Your photos and venue details are used privately to plan your celebration, not added to our public gallery.
When will my design be ready?
We agree your delivery date with you before work begins, based on your gathering and the scope of the design.
